LIVE VENOM VIDEO FROM HELLFEST

Metallian Magazine are planning to release a DVD containing some of the bands
who performed at this years Hellfest concert in France from 20th to 22nd June 2008.
Venom will be including a Live video of their song "Welcome To Hell" from their
headline appearance at the festival.
The new Hellfest 2008 DVD will be released by Metallian and Season of Mist by
mail order at the end of November 2008.

The Newbury Comics website has a limited number of signed copies of the new
Venom album HELL.

The US release has been put back to the 26th August due to production issues.

USA FOR SATAN

The new Venom album HELL is now set for release in the USA on 12 August 2008.

The album is being released by 'Noise / Sanctuary' and will feature 2 bonus LIVE tracks
"IN LEAGUE WITH SATAN" and "BURN IN HELL" which were recorded on their 2007
Scandinavian Tour.  A limited edition Vinyl will also be released.

GREEK FESTIVAL SHOW CONFIRMED

Venom have now confirmed that they will be headlining the "Rock Em All" Festival in
Athens Greece on 20th July 2008.

Venom last played live in Greece in 1997 at the Metal Invader Festival. Cronos has been
eager to return to Greece since their last show and he commented "we had a great crowd
of metal-heads at the show, the Greeks are very passionate about their Metal which brings a
fantastic atmosphere to the event.  They even brought their own pyros, there were fireworks
going off in the audience as well as on-stage, it was insane".
Venom are planning a killer stage show and will be playing songs from the new album,
as well as the classics from their 30 year back catalogue.

VENOM PROMO VIDEO ONLINE

A promo video for the new Venom album HELL is now streaming from the multimedia
section of this website.  The promo compilation video is made up from footage of the
bands Scandinavian 7 Dates tour of 2007 and other footage recorded for the promo.

The radio advert for HELL can be played using the media player on the webpage.

SPANISH SHOW RUMOUR

Rumours about Venom secretly appearing at this years Electric Weekend Festival in
Spain have been circulating on various websites recently, although Venom would like to
inform everyone that this is NOT true, Venom will not be playing live at the festival.

Venom will only play the shows advertised on this websites 'concerts' page.

NEW VENOM ALBUM RELEASE [ UPDATE ]

Universal have announced their plans to release the new Venom album HELL on vinyl.
The vinyl albums will be released two weeks after the CD.
The CD will be released with a 'limited edition jewel case', and the vinyl will also be
available as a 'limited edition picture disc'.

Record Shops and Internet Web-Stores have began advertising the new album for
sale to pre-order, the orders should be shipped out within one week of the release date.

VENOM ALBUM TRACKS ONLINE [ UPDATE ]

A compilation of songs from the new Venom album HELL are now available to hear.
The new songs are now streaming from this website and can be heard by clicking on

and start streaming the compilation tracks automatically.

FESTIVAL SHOW CONFIRMED

Venom have now announced they'll be appearing Hellfest on 20th June 2008.
The band are set to headline the first night of the 3 day Festival in Clisson France
and promise to kick the festival off with a bang.
Currently in production rehearsals with their new stage show, the band guarantee a
truly spectacular event for their French Legions.

VENOM CONCERTS FOR 2008

Venom are planning to play a select number of festival shows this summer to coincide with
the release of their new album.  The bands management are now in negotiations with
promoters to confirm the shows.

SANCTUARY ANNOUNCE TOP SELLERS

Sanctuary Records have now revealed that Venom's 'Black Metal' album is the top selling
album out of all the Castle Music catalogues releases.
'Black Metal' was released by Castle in 2002 who then went on to release the rest of the
Venom back catalogue, Sanctuary took control of the entire Neat Records label and back
catalogue after the failed company went into liquidation.
